REID, Frances Mary Passed away peacefully surrounded by family at the Hamilton General Hospital on Wednesday, June 21, 2017. Frances, in her 65th year, beloved wife of Albert Reid for 46 years. Cherished mother of Heather Reid (Greg Kuntz) and Paul Reid. Loving Gramma of William, Brooklyn and Maddox. Dear sister of Susan Plante, Frances will be lovingly remembered by her dear friend Maureen and Robert Norman of England and by her many friends and golfing buddies at Pike Lake, Brookridge, Florida, Brampton and in Acton. Predeceased by her sister Rose Johnstone. Frances will be remembered for her love of golf and volunteering her time. She served as a volunteer for many years with Brampton Special Olympics and with Brampton Caledon Community Living. Many thanks to the nurses and medical staff at the Hamilton General Hospital for their care and compassion and especially to Dr. Murty and Dr. Sharma who went above and beyond with their extraordinary care of our wife and mom. Friends will be received at the J.S.
