FREDERICK JOHN MAYHEW It is with the saddest of hearts we announce the passing of Jack on April 10, 2017. He was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by his wife Merna. “Jack” was born on October 17, 1934 in Montreal, Quebec to Margaret (Hussey) and John (Jack) Mayhew. He is survived by his brother Jim (Barbara) and sister Betty Goddard. Predeceased by brother Albert (Abby). Father of Greg, Doug and his wife Cheryl and Laurie and her husband Scott Quinn. Much loved Grandpa to Dustin, Kaitlin and Briana and great-grandson Carter. Very special “UJ” to the Mayhem gang. Jack was employed by Bell Canada for 32 years and lived life to the fullest the same number of years in retirement. At Jack’s request there will be no service, asking only that you remember all the laughter and great times. His favourite charity, if desired, is the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation.
