CZERSKA-KRUCZEWSKA, Genowefa —
Peacefully passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at Kensington Hospice at the age of 82 at 11:45 a.m. She will be missed by her son Andrzej and his daughters Elizabeth and Magda. She will also be missed by her sister Barbara and her family and other members of Genowefa’s family. Genowefa was an excellent mother, grandmother and was always taking care of her family. She was devoted to her career in Poland as a Healthcare Professional (Pediatrician) and in Canada also furthered her career in the healthcare profession (nursing). The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the staff of Mt. Sinai Hospital and Kensington Hospice for their excellent care during her stay and also to the nurses and workers who helped the family look after Genowefa at home. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 8th from 6 – 9 p.m. at Pine Hills Funeral Centre, 625 Birchmount Rd., Toronto (416-267-8229). The funeral will be held on Saturday, July 9th at 10 a.m. with visitation an hour prior. Interment to follow at Pine Hills Cemetery.
