McVEAN, Gerald Robert “Bob” Passed away peacefully on July 26, 2017 at University Hospital in London, ON. Beloved husband of the late Ruth (Panabaker) McVean; cherished father of Karen McVean (Brampton) and Lori (McVean) Taylor (Dorchester); proud granddad to Braden and Perseus Taylor; and will be greatly missed by his sister Sally McVean. He was a great brother-in-law to Ken and Jane Woods, Marg Kittson, George Ingram, Debbie McVean, Brian Sumler, Bob and Inse Panabaker, and Donna McGlone. An amazing uncle and great-uncle to many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Bob is predeceased by his sister Kathie (George) Ingram and Bill (Debbie) McVean. Thank you to the caring staff on the tenth floor of University Hospital in London. Family and friends will be received by the family on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m., followed by a 3:00 p.m. service at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 2001 Dundas Street East, London, ON (near Wavell).
