GERLINDE (LINDA) INGEBORG HARLACHER October 21, 1945 – July 2, 2016 Died peacefully at home after a 25-year battle with cancer. Linda’s beloved husband Eckhard predeceased her by thirteen years. They will be together again in their final home at the Lakeview Cemetery and Mausoleum in Thorold, Ontario. Linda requested only a simple celebration of her life, cremation, no service and no flowers. She will always be missed by her friends and relatives. A special thank you goes to Mt. Sinai Hospital palliative care team, CCAC and St. Elizabeth’s for their amazing support, care and compassion which made Linda’s final days as comfortable as possible.
