Passed away with his wife by his side, on July 16, 2016, at the Village of Tansley Woods, Burlington at the age of 86. Beloved husband of Tranquilla for 60 years. Predeceased by his son Ivan and by his daughter Julie. Loving Nonno of John, Mark and Alison. Survived by his sisters Bruna and Franca. Visitation will be held at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home, 3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, 905-257-8822, on Wednesday, July 20th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at 11 a.m. Entombment to take place at the Glen Oaks Cemetery. A reception lunch will follow at the Fogolars Italian Country Club, 2026 Lower Base Line Road, Oakville at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Parkinson Society Canada.
