SODA, Giovanni Peacefully at home, it is with sorrowful hearts that we announce the passing of Giovanni Soda on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at the age of 94. Beloved husband of Maria. Loving father to Agata, Rosina Lucarelli (Pierino), and Vincenzo (Rosanna). Adored nonno to Melissa Paskvalin (John), Marianna Cardoso (Flavio), Fiorella, Peter, Adam and Samantha. Cherished bisnonno to Simona and Valeria. Dear brother of Elena and Rodolfo Bocchinfuso, and the late Peter and Teresa Soda. Dear brother-in-law of Carmela and the late Leonardo Domanico, Antonio and the late Clara Miglio, Edda and Franco Morrone, Ignazio and the late Elena Grimaldi, and the late Eugenia and Carmelo Vitello. Giovanni was the loving son of the late Agata and Vincenzo, and son-in-law of the late Raffaele and Rosina Domanico. He leaves behind many cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbours. To the Italian Fred Astaire, who lived life to the fullest with love and harmony, he will be dancing his way into heaven.
