BALLEM, Grace Louise (nee FLAVELLE) April 9, 1929 – Vancouver, British Columbia October 7, 2017 – Calgary, Alberta Grace Ballem, beloved wife of the late John Ballem QC, passed away on October 7, 2017 at the age of 88 years. Grace is survived by her children Flavelle, Mercedes (Jacques Giard) and John (Jacqueline Alvarado) and her grandchildren Alexys and Lliam. She was predeceased by her sister Mary Elizabeth “Petie” Gardiner and her brother William “Bill” Elliott Flavelle. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Park Memorial, 5008 Elbow Drive S.W., Calgary, AB), on Friday, October 13, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow.
