GREAVES, Cindy Michele (nee Hilvers) It is with great sadness that we announce that Cindy passed away at the Juravinski Hospital. She was called home to be with her Lord and Saviour at the age of 52, on Monday, July 11, 2016. Loving wife of Brian. Devoted mother of Crystal, Melody, and Liam. Dear daughter of Harry and Frances Hilvers. Cherished sister of Greg Hilvers (Heather), and Mike Hilvers (Lisa). Beloved daughter-in-law of Dr. Kevin and Christina Greaves, and sister-in law of Maureen Greaves. Predeceased by her brother-in-law Peter Greaves. She will be fondly remembered by all of her nieces, and will be dearly missed by her cats Max and Sophie. Cindy was a long-time member of Flamborough Baptist Church, and enjoyed her time in the ladies’ bible study and helping in the nursery. She will also be remembered for her love of gardening. Visitation will be held at KITCHING STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME , 146 Mill St. N., Waterdown, on Thursday, July 14, 2016 from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at FLAMBOROUGH BAPTIST CHURCH, 41 Concession 5 E., Waterdown, on Friday, July 15, 2016 at 10 a.m. Interment, Grove Cemetery, Dundas. Following the burial a reception will be held in the church hall. If desired, as expressions of sympathy, donations to Canadian Cancer Society or Flamborough Baptist Church would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
