HEIDI ANNA NORAH HOOD October 9, 1948 – May 11, 2017 After a long illness, Heidi passed away at Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga. Beloved wife of John, step-mother of Brian, Pamela, Stephen and Carrie, grandmother of Jennifer and Kaitlin and great-grandmother of Lerato and Miriam, sister of Ronnie, Chris, Stephen and Marion. Heidi was the most wonderful wife of John for thirty years. She was a drummer and big swing band leader and will be greatly missed by so many people. Heidi loved to cruise and travel visiting Europe, The Caribbean and The Panama Canal. She was an artist and won a number of art contests. When travelling, it was always visiting the world’s most famous art galleries. Heidi is being cremated and there will be a big party for friends and relatives at a later date complete with a big band in attendance. Donations to the Heart Foundation.
