Passed away peacefully on Monday, August 8, 2016, in her 77th year. Beloved wife of Blenchard for 36 years. Loving mother of Deirdre Sheerin. Nana of Ferron (Richard) and Caden. Also survived by her granddaughter Evelyn. Helen will be fondly remembered by her brother Joe. Friends may call at the Thompson Funeral Home (530 Industrial Parkway South, Aurora) on Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 12, 2016 at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church (15347 Yonge Street, Aurora) at 10:00 a.m. Cremation to follow. If desired, in memoriam donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society
