After a valiant battle with Alzheimer’s we are deeply saddened at the loss of our beloved mother Helen Raymond. Geralyn (Rick, Alyson & Rachel), Lee (Stacey, Ellen, Jamie Lee, Grace and Jared) and Eddy (Natalie, Ally, Emma and Ella) are forever grateful for her devotion and support throughout our lives. Helen is predeceased by parents Alice and Edward and her siblings Elizabeth, Pat, Marcella, Tom, Ned, Jack, Gerald, Mary and Christine. Her unique sense of humour and extraordinary approach to life served her well in her lifelong vocation as a Catholic elementary school teacher. She was so proud of her home, Newfoundland. She always looked forward to get-togethers with her teacher friends. She truly enjoyed sharing life lessons and being with family including nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and sisters and brothers-in-law.
