Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 24, 2017. Loving wife of Erich. Devoted mother to Linda McDonald (Randy) and Eric Schwab (Lynn). Cherished Oma to Robert. Survived by her brother, Heinrich Herget (Christa). Visitation will be held at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge Street (2 blocks south of Steeles at Goulding) on Friday, January 27, 2017 from 5-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the R.S. Kane Chapel on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. Interment Westminster Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or The Kidney Foundation.
