Irene Mary EDWARDS
EDWARDS, Irene Mary (nee MacDonald) Passed away peacefully, in her 102nd year, on May 26, 2017, at Maple Villa LTC, in Burlington. Irene resided in the Hamilton area for many years, after coming from Nova Scotia with her late husband Lester and sons, before moving to California to start a chinchilla ranch. She returned to the area in 2008 and resided with her grand-daughter Kerry MacDonald. She will be greatly missed by sons Robert (BettyAnn), Ralph (Penny), Dennis (Judy); and grandchildren Scott (Nancy), Randy (Linda), Curt, Kerry (Mike), Lisa (Kent), Nicole (Matt); and great-grandchildren Randy (Melanie), Amanda (Tremain), Bradley (Chantelle), Greyson, Aiden; and great-great-grandchildren Kaitlin, Olivia, Carly, Thomas, Zoe and Avery. A Celebration of Life will be held June 3rd from 1-3 p.m. at the RHLI, 1353 Barton St. E., Hamilton.
