It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the Cizmar family announce the sudden passing of Ivo Cizmar in Brampton on Sunday, March 12, 2017. Beloved husband of Veronika for 57 happy years. Loving father of Boris Cizmar and daughter–in-law Emira. Cherished grandfather of Vanja and Vedran Cizmar. Ivo will be missed by all members of his extended family and numerous friends here and abroad. Ivo emigrated with his wife to Canada in 1999 from Croatia and settled with his son’s family in Brampton. Family and friends may gather at the Andrews Community Funeral Centre – 8190 Dixie Road, Brampton (North of Steeles Avenue) 905-456-8190, on Wednesday, March 15th , 2017 from 5pm-9pm. A funeral service will be held in the Chapel of the funeral home on Thursday, March 16th, 2017 at 11am. Interment at Assumption Catholic Cemetery.
