HAMILTON, James Warren ‘Jim’ April 16, 1954 to August 3, 2017 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jim Hamilton in his home on Thursday, August 3, 2017 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Jim leaves behind his loving wife of 40 years, Susan and his adored children, Cathy, David (Marina), and Kevin. He is also survived by his mother, Grace, brother Bill, sisters Donna (Brian), Theresa (Mark), and Robin (Tom), brother-in-law of Dennis and Joan Martin and Sandra Martin. He was predeceased by is father Bill and sister Debbie. Jim was a retired Hamilton Police Officer with 35 years of service. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Jim’s life will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at The Knights of Columbus Hall located at 222 Queenston Rd., Hamilton from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Juravinski Cancer Clinic or CCAC.
