HUGHES, JEAN (nee CATTO) Peacefully on Tuesday, July 25, 2017, at her home in Toronto with her family around her. Preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Warren, her sons David and Eric and her sister Catherine Bate, Jean’s spirit lives on through her daughters Jeannie Shore, Nancy Durand, Caroline Lillico, favourite sons-in-law Blaine, Greg and Craig, her six wonderful grandchildren Casey, Amanda, Sarah, Jessie, Taylor and Stuart and her brother John Catto (Margaret). Funeral service will be held at St. Clement’s Church Toronto, 70 St. Clements Ave., Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at 1 p.m. Private interment at St. John’s Church York Mills. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude for all the support, care and compassion given by Dr. Liisa Jaakkimainen and Dr. Danielle Blunt, along with her caregivers.
