JOAN LORRAINE BILIR (nee OSBORNE) September 3, 1932 – February 6, 2017 Joan passed away peacefully on February 6, 2017 in Katy, Texas. She is survived by her loving husband Ergun, son Russell and wife Joyce, 5 step- daughters, 2 step-grandchildren and 3 step-great-grandchildren, family in Canada, daughter- in-law Colleen, 3 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Joan was predeceased by her husband Robert March, daughter Brenda Castro and son William Gilmore. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 11th in Pearland, Texas.
