REDDING, Joan Marion With great sadness, we announce the sudden passing of Joan Marion Redding on July 27, 2017 at Hamilton General Hospital at the age of 75. She was predeceased by her husband Bruce. Loving mother to Jason (Laurene) of Milton, Ontario and Scott (Enrica) of Sacramento, California and cherished grandmother to Emma, Abigail, Jacob and Mason. She is survived by her siblings Steve (Denise), Mark (Dianne) and Mary (Rick) and nieces/nephews Mackenzie (Kim), Christiana (Nicolas), Jeff (Liz), Cherry-Ann (Len) and Shanna (Wayne). Over the past few years Joan fought a valiant battle against insurmountable heart challenges and was optimistic she would return to her active lifestyle with family, friends and neighbours. The family would like to thank the staff at Hamilton General and Juravinski Hospitals for their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation or Hamilton Health Sciences.
