BRISTO, John John William Bristo passed away peacefully at West Haldimand General Hospital on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 in his 84th year. Beloved husband of Betty (nee Waite) for 63 years. Loving father to Lorne (Debbie) and Lyle (Carol). Cherished grandfather to Steven, Nicole Lazarski (Simon), Joel (Meagan), and Becky Warrack (Adam). A very special thank you to sister-in-law Jean Waite for her love, compassion, and care. Thanks to Dr. Bulger and also the staff at West Haldimand General Hospital. The funeral service was held at Merritt Funeral Home, Smithville on Friday, March 17. Interment Waite Cemetery, Abingdon.
