Devoted husband of Jean Medland (nee Gimblett) for 64 years. Loving father of Bill Medland and his wife Janet of Apsley and Barb Medland of Brooklin. Loving grandfather of Tonya (Jeff), Tammy (Andrew), Teana (David), Rebecca (Oliver), Amanda and D’Arcy (Lila). Great-grandfather of Olive and Ella. Visitation at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home, 5295 Thickson Rd. N., Whitby, from 5:30 until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday. Members of the Masonic Order are asked to assemble at the funeral home, Wednesday afternoon for a service commencing at 2:00 p.m. A funeral service will take place in the Barnes Chapel immediately following the Masonic Service.
