BRYANT, John Passed away peacefully on Friday, June 30, 2017 in his 87th year. Devoted husband of Carole for 17 years. Loving father of Gary (Linda), David, Deirdre Bryant and the late Sharon Fagan. Proud Grandpa of Timothy and Kevin. Cherished brother of Richard (Elinore) and Raymond (Eleanor). John will be fondly remembered by his family and friends. He started his career with the Toronto Star and then became the Canadian Director of the Newspaper Guild from 1988-1995. Friends may call the JERRETT FUNERAL HOME, 660 Kennedy Rd., Scarborough on Friday, July 14, 2017 from 12-1 p.m. followed by a service in the Chapel at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of John may be made to Alzheimer Society of Canada.
