JOHN “JACK” McLEAN August 28, 1939 – March 31, 2017 Passed away suddenly at the age of 77. Predeceased by his wife Iris. Will be missed by his children Bill and Laura. Beloved Grandpa Jack to Madeline, Matthew, Melissa and Gavin. Jack will be missed by his extended family, friends and teammates from his hockey and baseball days. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Avenue), Weston, on Friday, April 7th from 5-9 p.m. A service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, April 8th at 3:30 p.m. Cremation to follow.
