BROWN, Joyce Evelyn (Wilson, Mosher) February 27, 1923 – June 21, 2017 Joyce left this world peacefully on June 21, 2017, after a full and happy life. She was 94 years of age and feisty to the end. Joyce was predeceased by her beloved husband John Allan “Al” Wilson (1989) and her dear Cecil “Cec” Brown (2003), as well as her older brother, John “Jack” Mosher (1942) and her younger sister, Margaret Betty Hardman (1988). Survived by her daughter Janet Wilson of Regina, and son Jack Wilson (Denise) of Hamilton; grandchildren, Dan Cummins of Regina, Stephanie Beaulieu (Larry), Laura Wilson (Logan), Richard Wilson (Bianca), of Hamilton, and great-grandchildren, Conner, Makayla and Cassidy Beaulieu. Joyce had also gained a “bonus” family of children, grandchildren and great-grand- children from her marriage to Cec Brown. Joyce was a proud Canadian and Hamiltonian, and a graduate of Westdale Secondary School (returning to school after retirement to complete her high school education in 1989, at the young age of 66). She retired as office manager at Clarke Productions Ltd. in 1988, having made life-long friends with the Clarke family and staff. The family wishes to thank the compassionate staff of St. Peter’s Residence at Chedoke in Hamilton for their care of Joyce over the last 19 months.
