FOLLWELL, June Roberta (nee Drage) It is with heavy hearts the family announces the peaceful passing of June on Friday, September 8, 2017 at the age of 77. Beloved wife of Harry for 59 wonderful years. Dearly loved mother of Jim and his wife Nancy, and Joanne and her husband Tim. Cherished grandmother of Adam, Erin, Megan, Matthew and Sarah. Survived by her sister Patricia Charest and the late Roland and brother Robert Drage and his wife Christine. June will always be fondly remembered and loved by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. She was a longtime member of St. Mary’s/Anglican Church of the Nativity where she built many lifelong friendships. The family wishes to thank all of the dedicated and compassionate staff at Emmanuel House for the tremendous care given to June and her family. Also, Dr. Kazemi and the staff at the Juravinski Cancer Centre. Cremation has taken place. Visitation at the MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Friday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held at the Anglican Church of the Nativity, 1831 King Street East on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 11 a.m. A private family interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to Emmanuel House, Juravinski Cancer Centre or the Cancer Assistance Program would be appreciated by the family.
