KORKUT, Ljuban It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Ljuban at his home on Sunday, August 14, 2016 at the age of 85. Loving husband to Danica for over 67 years. Proud father to Eva Mrksic (the late Dragan), Mary Bijelich (Roy), and Lilly Rusich (Peter). Ljuban was a cherished grandfather to six grand- children and six great-grand- children, whom he loved very much. He is survived by his sisters Stana, Ljubica, Maca, and brothers Dragan and Dusan and their families. Ljuban will also be missed by his nieces, nephew, and other family members both at home and abroad. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME , 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Wednesday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Pomen at 7 p.m. A service will take place in the Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, August 18, 2016 at 11 a.m., with the Very Reverend Father Djuro Samac officiating. Interment Mountview Gardens Cemetery, Stoney Creek. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hamilton General Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
