TWOREK, LaVerne (nee Shinbin) —
Passed away peacefully with family by her side in her 97th year on Wednesday, September 21, 2016. Loving wife of the late Zygmunt Tworek (2001) and daughter of the late Frank Shinbin (1948) and Hazel Alexander (1985). Survived by her brother Frank Shinbin and wife Jane, nieces Krysia Wielgosz (George), Meghan Todd (Michael), and nephew Nicholas Shinbin, all of Toronto. The family wishes to thank the staff of Belmont House, and a special thank you to her caregivers Glenn Camilo and Philip Yu and many others.
