LAXDAL, Kathleen Peacefully after a long struggle, at St. Peter’s Hospital on Thursday, June 30, 2016 in her 69th year. Beloved life partner of Rick Robbins. Dear mother of Brigit (Jeff) and Stefan. Loved Nana of Gregory, Reid, Maeve, Blair and Arden and Step-Nana of Justin, Mariah, Marlena and Chloe. Loved sister of John Menary (Anne), Peter Menary (Lucie), Susan Menary (Luke), Rosemary Haley (Graham) and Barbara Kolumbus (Ron). A celebration of life will be held at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME “Upper James Chapel”, 1020 Upper James Street on Thursday, July 21 from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. Cremation has taken place. A funeral mass will be held at St. Patrick’s Church, 196 Kenwood Avenue in Burlington on Friday, July 22. Her ashes will be interred with her parents in Mount Hope Cemetery, Toronto at a later date.
