Beloved husband of Velette (nee Carnell). Loving father of Cindy (Rob) Tippett. Cherished Papa of Tanner and Amy Tippett. Dear son of the late William and the late Elizabeth McCullough. Survived by his brother Ken and predeceased by Al, Doug and Bob.
