LORINCZ, Lajos It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Lajos on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at the age of 91. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 67 years Margit. Papa’s memory will forever be cherished by his children Jolan Sniegocki and her late husband Casimir and Maria Anders (Werner). Papa’s legacy will live on in his grandchildren Andrew (Erin), Steven, Kristine (Michael), Werner (Cara), Monika (Brad) and great-grandchildren Salena, Shayla, Erica and Zooey. Lajos is survived by his brother-in-law Tibor (Cathy) Kiss. Lajos dedicated 24 years to working at McMaster University as an electrician. Family invites guests to Pleasantview Funeral Home, 2000 Merrittville Highway, 905-892-1699 on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 from 6-9 p.m., prayers will be said at 7:30 p.m. A Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be held at Our Lady of Hungary Roman Catholic Church, 337 Hellems Ave., Welland on Wednesday, November 16th at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens.
