LORRAINE McCARTNEY (nee KOLISNYK) Peacefully, surrounded by her family on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at the age of 90. Predeceased by her former husband Edward Kollinger and brothers Ernest, Emil and Leslie and sisters- in-law Kay and Doreen. Beloved wife of Bruce McCartney. Loving mother of Wayne (Linda Hurd) Kollinger, Sharon (Peter) Wueppelmann, Terry (Jeff) Rivest, Jim (Mary Lou) McCartney, Ann (Gino) Piscione, John (Lori) McCartney and Mary Lou McCartney. Cherished grandmother to 9 grandchildren and 9 great- grandchildren. Dear sister of Norman (Sylvia), Wayne (Gaile), Bryan (Jean) and Garry (Lise) and sister-in-law of Frances, Nettie, Howard and Ross. She will be greatly missed by all her extended family, friends and neighbours. Friends may call at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Rd. (north of Lawrence Ave. W.), Weston, on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Westway United Church, 8 Templar Dr., followed by a reception in the church hall.
