LUIGI VERRE It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Luigi on Sunday, August 14, 2016 at the age of 77. Beloved husband of 51 years to Francesca and caring and devoted father of Adriano (Lisa) and Daniela. Proud Nonno of Cassandra, Melanie, Brianna, Mauricio Marissa, Alexia and Abigail. Luigi will be remembered in the hearts of many family and friends. The family will receive friends at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home, 211 Langstaff Rd. E. (west of Bayview Ave.), from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, August 18th and from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, August 19th. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Elizabeth Seton Parish, 17955 Leslie St., Newmarket, ON, Saturday at 11 a.m. The final rite of committal and entombment will take place at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (8361 Yonge St., Thornhill).
