BROWN, Madelaine Annie (nee HIGGS) Passed away peacefully at The Brant Centre on Sunday, July 16, 2017 in her 102nd year. Predeceased by beloved husband C. Edward (Ted) Brown and the late Norman Brassey. Survived by loving sister Mildred (the late Howard), predeceased by brother Jack Davey. Loving aunt of Anita and Alan (Carol). Great-aunt of Tami, Sean (Rita) and Eric (Jasmine) and great-great- aunt of Olivia and Maya. Step-mother of Bill (Violet), John (Laura) and Bob (Kim). Step-grandmother of Melanie, Heather, Tammy (Terry), Kimberly (Shawn) and Robert (Maureen), great-step- grandmother of Sydney, Shannon, Sierra, Alyssa, Autumn, Lindsey (Kyle), Brittney (Josh), Austin, Blake, Claire and Hannah and great-great-step-grandmother of Aniya, Ashanti, Davis and Fletcher. A Service of Remembrance will be held at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), Burlington (905-632-3333), on Monday, July 24, 2017 at 1 p.m. Friends are welcome to gather from 12 noon until the time of service.
