EVERETT, MARGARET FLORENCE Margaret Florence Everett, winner of the June Caldwell award for superlative voluntary contributions to her community. Daughter of the late Francis Walter Dunsmore and Lily May Tayler (Detroit, Michigan, April 7, 1927). Died in Napanee, surrounded by her family, on July 10, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Donald James Everett. Mother of M. Diane Wilton (John), John Gordon Everett (Juanita), Dr. Robert Everett and J. Barry Everett (Heather). Grandmother of Stephen, Liz (Jeff), Catherine (Raj), Gregory, Caralyn (Ryan), Michelle and Chloe. Great-grandmother of Kieran and Majel. Lifelong friend of Margaret Holliwell and her husband Malcolm. Retired Brown Owl, District Commissioner and active member of the Trefoil Guild of the Girl Guides of Canada. Founder of the Miniature Enthusiasts of Toronto and the Area Miniature Enthusiasts of Napanee, Co-ordinator/Director of the National Association of Miniature Enthusiasts. Requiem Eucharist to be held at the Anglican Church of St. Mary Magdalene, 137 Robinson St., Napanee, on Friday, July 14th at 1 p.m. with visitation at the church one hour before the service as well as from 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, July 13th. Dress colourfully in celebration of Margaret’s life. In lieu of flowers, the family would welcome donations to the Dr. Roberta Bondar National Scholarship of the Girl Guides of Canada in memory of Margaret.
