RALPH, Margaret Alma —
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Margaret Alma Ralph at the age of 92 on April 17, 2017 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, Ontario. Maggie, as she was so fondly known by her family and friends, was predeceased by her husband Robert E. Ralph, May 7, 2016. She is survived by her extended Ralph family, Jim (Judy), Bruce (Helia) and Allan (Mary Jane). She will be greatly missed by her brother-in-law Edmund Ralph and wife Phyllis. Maggie is also survived by her nephews Stephen (Sally) of Newcastle, David (Rhonda) of Belleville and Peter of Calgary and their families. She was predeceased by her brother Herbert. Raised in Belleville, she attended Belleville Collegiate and Albert College. She retired from Grand & Toy in 1986 after 25 years of service. Maggie loved to travel and spent numerous winters in Florida and Arizona. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and playing bridge with her friends. She was a kind and caring person to all. A special thank you to the staff of Extendicare Oshawa for the kindness, care and compassion shown to Maggie during her stay with them. As per Maggie’s wishes, cremation has taken place with interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery at a later date. If so desired, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation in memory.
