Maria CHIAROT
On Tuesday, February 7, 2017, in her 97th year, Maria Chiarot passed away peacefully in her sleep at home in Toronto. Maria has joined her beloved husband Achille for another turn on the dance floor. Maria was cherished by her beloved son, John and his wife Norma, and her sisters and brothers. She was a truly adored Nonna to her grandchildren Christopher, Catherine and Kevin along with their spouses. Her legacy lives on in her great-granddaughter, Harper. Maria’s warmth, love and kindness were evident by all who knew her. Her beautiful smile will continue to brighten the memories of her family and friends. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W., at Burnhamthorpe Rd., on Friday from 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 3055 Bloor St. W., on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at 10 a.m. Entombment Park Lawn Mausoleum.
