MARIA dos ANJOS CARREIRO JÁCOME (nee BOTELHO) Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on January 14 2017, at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late Manuel Carreiro Jácome for 52 years. Much loved mother of Connie (Frank), Lu, Zela (Ray), John, Manuela (Jim) and David (Angela). Cherished and adored grandmother (Vavó) of Daniel, Michelle, Michael, Victoria, Danielle, Sean, Byron, Katherine, Joshua, Brendan, Jack and Joey. Wonderful great- grandmother (Bisavó) of Emma, Nathan, Ricky, Nolia, Soleil, Charlotte, Reilly and Mattea. Dear sister of Conceição and Mercês. She will be missed by her many relatives and friends. Many thanks to the Brampton Civic Hospital medical staff for the excellent care provided to her in the Emergency Acute Care and Palliative Care Units. Visitation will be held at the Ward Funeral Home “Brampton Chapel”, 52 Main St. South (Hwy. 10), Brampton, on Tuesday, January 17th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 66A Main St. South, Brampton, on Wednesday, January 18th at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at the Meadowvale Cemetery at 7732 Mavis Rd., Brampton.
