MARIA GIUSEPPINA ROMANO God called Maria Giuseppina peacefully on May 13, 2017 at the age of 83. She is now reunited with her loving husband, Giovanni. Cherished by her dear children, Cosimo, Tony (Gillian), Dolores (Gino Bruno), Anna (Frank Cristiano), Gina (Eugenio Odoardi) and Patricia (Joe Toma). Proud grandmother to John-Michael (Loriana), Daniel-Joseph, Mary-Elisa, Michelle, Christine, Daniel, Steven, Alexandra, Matthew, Jessica, Isabella, Andrew, Sabrina, Michael and Christian. Adoring great- grandmother to Adam and David. Maria Giuseppina will always be remembered by her brother Nicola, her sister Pasqualina (Giuseppe) and her sisters-in-law Rita and Vittoria. Greeted in heaven by her sister-in-law Pasqualina, and her two brothers Mario and Antonio, as well as her sister Filomena (Antonio). She will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd., 905-850-3332) on Monday, May 15, 2017 from 6-9 p.m. and on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. at St. David’s Roman Catholic Church (2601 Major Mackenzie Dr., east of Jane St.). Entombment to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens (on Albion Rd., at Hwy 27.). If so desired, donations in memory of Maria Giuseppina may be made to the Società Unita Teopoli.
