ISSAYEVITCH, Marie (Marika) – Marie (Marika) Issayevitch, born August 26, 1919 in Varna, Bulgaria, died peacefully in her sleep on May 21, 2017 at the Toronto East General Hospital. Mother to Helene, Vesca and Cathy-Svetlana, grandmother to Kristen (James) and Ryan. Sister to Iliana Nikolov and aunt to many nephews and nieces in Europe, Australia and Canada. She will be remembered for her kindness, loyalty and devotion to her family and friends. Visitation will be held at HERITAGE FUNERAL CENTRE, 50 Overlea Blvd., 416-423-1000, on Thursday, May 25, 2017 from 4-8 p.m. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 26, 2017.
