STEEN, Marilyn (nee Gillis) – Regretfully we mourn, with you, the passing of Marilyn Mae Steen on Saturday, March 4, 2017. Marilyn was the kindest, gentlest person to grace us in this world. Her soul again joins her beloved husband Dennis Steen, in heaven together. Their joyous music and spirits will eternally live in the hearts of their children: Laureen (Robert), Gilbert (Lucy), Eric (Cheryl) and Andrea (Paul); their grandchildren: Rebecca, Rachel, Hannah, Erin, Justin, Joshua and Emily; her sister Elizabeth and sister-in-law Marion. Marilyn will be dearly missed by her nieces, nephews, friends, neighbours and all those lives she touched, including her two beloved dogs: Gremlin and Jasmin. (just east of St. Clair Ave. E.), on Friday, March 10, 2017 from 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel.
