MARK JASON JOHNSON April 2, 1977 to February 1, 2017 On February 1st, we lost a bright light in this world. Mark Jason Johnson will be missed by the many whose lives he touched. Mark was the son of Brian Johnson and Christine De Souza, grandson of the late Richard and Muriel Johnson, nephew to Bruce, Cathy and Linda Johnson and cousin to Derrick, Dillon and Michael. He will be missed by his grandmother Shirley Norris, aunts and uncles, Mike Norris, Larry Norris, Laura Huggard, Tom Huggard, Lisaeleen Curry and Sandy Currie and many cousins. He is forever loved by his many friends including the Gallant family, his sister Dawn De Souza and nephew John Mallias, Jennifer Carter Graham and his girlfriend Tara Hall. Mark brought joy to all those who knew him. He always showed up with a smile and a hug when you least expected it. He was outgoing and adventurous, travelled the world and made friends wherever he went. He was a creative soul who loved working with his hands and building new worlds for all the movies and shows he worked on. He loved the outdoors and his many camping and fishing trips to Deer Rock with his dad and friends. He was a son, brother, nephew, boyfriend, uncle and friend to many and we all feel a bit less now that he is no longer here. Mark’s family would like to invite all those who knew him to celebrate his life on February 18th at 12:00 p.m. at the Tudor Rose in Ajax.
