IRVING, Melvin Peacefully passed away on June 27, 2017, in his 90th year, at the Juravinski Hospital. He was a kind, loving husband to his wife Joan. Devoted father of Brent (Barbara). Proud grandfather of Oakley. Survived by his brother Stewart (Hazel), and nieces and nephews Brenda (Chuck), their son Chad (Erin) and their three children. Melvin retired after 40 years with Ontario Hydro. Family and friends will be received at the M.A. CLARK & SONS FUNERAL HOME (567 Upper Wellington Street, Hamilton 905-383-3323) on Friday, June 30th from 10-11 a.m. with the funeral service beginning at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel. Burial to follow at New Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham, Ontario.
