MICHAEL JOHN BEVAN Ret. IBM Canada after 35 years It is with immense sadness that we announce the sudden passing in Charlotte, NC on Saturday, April 15, 2017 while returning home from Florida. He was extremely proud of his sons Jason of Toronto and Kurtis (Lauren) of Haliburton. He was a proud Poppa to Spencer and Lillian who meant the world to him. He was a devoted and loving husband to Marilyn, his wife of 45 years. He leaves behind a sister Joyce (Hayward) of Alberta and brother Ron of Collingwood. He was the beloved son of the late Isabel and Thomas Bevan and brother to the late Ray, Dorothy (Williams), Betty (Running) and Bonnie (Keberer) . Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Michael’s life will take place on Sunday, April 30, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Haliburton Curling Club, 730 Mountain Street, Haliburton . In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Doctors Without Borders, the Canadian Red Cross or the charity of your choice.
