DONAT, Mildred Violet (nee Stirling) It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mildred, on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at the age of 89. Loving wife of Andrew for 53 years. Beloved mother to Linda and David. Cherished grandmother and great-grandmother of Brad, Katie and Clare. Predeceased by siblings William, Marilyn and George. Loved sister in law of Bette (William) and Bill (Marilyn) and Harriet Donat. Loving Aunt Milly to Lesley, Scott and Randy and their families. Special “Mom” to Norma, Joel and family and Marge and Lyle. She will be forever in the hearts of her many lifelong friends. Mildred retired from Sears at the Centre Mall after more than 30 years of dedicated service. Special thanks to Marge and Jim McCutcheon for their love and support through the past 7 months. We want to express our heartfelt thanks to the staff of the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice for the excellent care Mildred received there. Their compassion and support of families is second to none. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at the DONALD V.
