MONTGOMERY, John “Jack” It is with great sadness that we share in the passing of Jack Montgomery, on Monday, August 8, 2016 at the age of 88. Loving husband and lifelong best friend to his wife, Irene (nee Paddock). Dear father to John (Christine), Sharon, and David (Allison). Loving grandfather to Brad, Olivia, Dana, Maureen and Jacklyne. Brother to the late Peggy Bennett (Fred) and Joan Hewitt (Bill), and brother-in-law to the late Earl (Phyllis) Paddock and the late Lorne (late Vickie) (Louise) Paddock. Jack will also be lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews, with whom he was very close. Visitation will take place at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line, (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON, 905-632-3333, on Wednesday, August 10, 2016, from 4-8 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at Appleby United Church, 4407 Spruce Avenue, Burlington, on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Greenwood Cemetery, Burlington.
