It is with great sadness that the family of Neil Thomas Souter announces his passing away on Tuesday May 16th, 2017, at the age of 82. Neil is predeceased by his wife Ruth Ann Souter. Neil will be forever remembered by his son, Thomas, his daughter -in- law Zelia, and his two grandchildren Carley and Allison. Neil will also be remembered by his daughter, Sandra Jorgensen, his son-in-law Lynn, and granddaughters Jamie Lynne and Riley as well as his extended family and good friends. Neil was a taxi owner/driver who worked in his native Toronto for over three decades. After retiring from the taxi business, Neil took up hobbies such as carpentry, researching historical facts about Toronto buildings and watching Blue Jays baseball games.
