Beloved husband of Joyce (nee Foster) for over 71 years. Dear father of Heather Smith (Dave) of Pickering, Lynne Mullens (Wayne) of Louisiana and Hal Fenton (Marylee) of Toronto. “Big Poppa” of Lesley Rossan (Rick), Lindsey Smith and great-grandchildren Keegan and Kelvyn Rossan. Brother of the late Hal Fenton (Phyllis) and Elva Boynette (George). Also survived by several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will take place at a later date.
