O’BRIEN, Ada May Peacefully at the Juravinski Hospital on July 13, 2016 in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Stephen O’Brien. Dear sister to Eleanore Smart (Doug), the late Dorothy Waddell (the late Al) and the late Carolyn Beatrice Johnston. Aunt and dear friend to Kimberley Ada Waddell (Andy) as well as aunt to Douglas Waddell (Kristy), Carolyn Smart (Al) and Joanne Smart. Great-Aunt to Bradley and Julie Waddell, Sarah (Stephen) and Christopher Smart and great-great aunt to Emma. Special “Oma Ada” to Camilla Hepner. She was a dear friend to Grace and George Meszaros, Josephine and Louie Pelino and to Margaret-Anne and Earl Cranfield. A special thanks to Cindy and Sam Andrews, Karen and John Agnew, Astrid and Darcy Hepner and Susan Alford for their years of friendship and support. The family will receive friends at the Cresmount Funeral Home, UPPER JAMES CHAPEL, 1020 Upper James St. on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with vigil prayers at 3:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Regina Mundi Catholic Church, 631 Mohawk Rd. W. on Saturday, July 16th at 9:30 a.m. followed by interment in Mt. Hamilton Cemetery.
