WELSH, P.ENG, CHARLES EDMUND December 4, 1929 – August 26, 2017 Ted lived a full life of 88 years. Beloved husband of Patricia for 64 years. Survived by sister Helen Clark. Proud and loving father of his four daughters Joan (Gary), Ann (Grant), Liz (Randy) and Bev (Shawn). He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Tyler, Devin, Lauren, Kelby, Patrick, Corey and Liam and great-grandchildren Owen and Lillie. Ted was an accomplished Structural Engineer who loved the outdoors – fishing, skiing and sailing – usually accompanied by the family dogs Beau, Woody, Bay and Fred. GONE FISHING!
