GEORGIOU, Pavlos 1948 – 2017 Passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Friday, August 11, 2017 at the age of 69 at Scarborough General Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on May 20, 1948 in Florina, Greece. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather who worked hard to provide for his family and was a loving family man. He was predeceased by his father George Georgiou and his mother Elizabeth Georgiou. He is survived by and lovingly remembered by his beloved wife Fanoula (Frances) Georgiou of 46 years, his three sons, George with his wife Amanda and granddaughter Lyla, Evan Georgiou and Michael Georgiou. He will be sorely missed by all of his family and friends. Visitation will be held at the OGDEN FUNERAL HOME, 4164 Sheppard Ave. East, Scarborough, on Tuesday, August 15th from 3-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at St. John’s Greek Orthodox Church, 1385 Warden Ave., on Wednesday, August 16th at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Elgin Mills Cemetery, 1591 Elgin Mills Rd., Richmond Hill.
